Mr. Celano has served on the faculty of the Lorman Business Center, Inc. in their seminar on "Internal Investigations of Employment issues in New York". Mr. Celano has been in NYPD's Spring 3100, WEVD's Women To Women and quoted in Crains, the New York Times, the New York Daily News and has been featured in Forbes Magazine and Security and Access Control Magazine. He contributes to the NYC Department of Parole & Probation Nova Ancora Program. His law enforcement background includes assignments with the Queens DA's Office Squad, the DEA Narcotics Task Force, the Organized Crime Control Bureau, the Intelligence Division & the NY Special State Prosecutor's Office. He was the liaison for the Queens DA with federal law enforcement agencies. His expertise led to assignments with the Colombo Family OC Task Force and Brooklyn South Homicide. Mr. Celano was awarded the Guardian Angel's "Citizen of Merit Award" by Curtis Sliwa for his positive contributions to the community. He has also received awards from the American Legion, the NYPD and Drug Enforcement Administration. Mr. Celano was a guest speaker at the Crains New York, 12th Annual Expo.

Mr. Celano, CEO of Full Security, Inc., and former NYPD Detective Squad
Commander, holds an MA in Sociology and a B.A. in
Urban Sociology. He co-authored "Basic Security
Investigation" (Gould Publishing-1997) and has been published in Security
Management, Security Director Magazines and The NY Daily News. He taught/lectured at Rider
University, Fairleigh Dickinson, St. John's University, LIU and the banking, accounting, human resources and educational communities. Mr. Celano created Streetwise Communications and has provided training for the public and private sector. Mr. Celano is on the Advisory Board of the Caliber Training Institute, The Gotham Foundation, Ayuda For The Arts and The Professional Business Networing Association.
